Responsible choices, finally accessible
This project focused on the complete redesign of a highly complex internal pricing and quotation software used by FAL teams at Airbus. The application was designed to support client billing by calculating service costs based on task complexity, workload intensity, operational constraints, and time spent on production activities.
The challenge was to transform a dense and highly technical workflow into a clearer, faster, and more usable experience while preserving the complexity and precision required by operational teams.
The project was developed in close collaboration with a highly skilled developer with a strong technical understanding of complex systems. Our workflow quickly evolved into a highly agile and collaborative process where design and technical considerations continuously informed each other through rapid iteration cycles.
Together, we successfully delivered a functional design MVP in less than two weeks, creating a strong foundation for the future development phase.
